The entire property is fully fenced and features a large, beautifully maintained garden with private parking, shaded areas, and a barbecue, ideal for cooking and dining outdoors.

Guests who enjoy being close to nature can explore walking trails leading directly from the farmhouse and winding through the peaceful Umbrian countryside, the perfect way to escape the stress of everyday life.

A riding centre for horse lovers and a natural lake for sport fishing are located just a few minutes away. The town of Deruta, only 3 minutes from the farmhouse, offers a wide range of shops and services. Guests can also enjoy free visits to local artisan ceramic workshops.

To experience the authentic flavours of Umbria, a traditional partner restaurant is located close to the farmhouse. It serves local cuisine prepared according to tradition using fresh, genuine ingredients, all at affordable prices.
